School reopening pushed to October 5

Parents and students have been expressing concerns about the face to face reopening of school.Ironically, people have been up and about the country showing little regard for the established protocal. It is intresting to see the many children and young people who are outon the streets, while some adults are expressing fear  councerning their safety if and when school reopens….
